Innodata Knowledge Services, Inc. is seeking a strategic leader to drive the global university engagement and campus hiring program across 1,000+ institutions.

The role oversees development of the engagement strategy, governance, and KPIs, while building partnerships with universities and research institutes. You will design campus hiring, internships, fellowships, ambassador programs, scholarships, and graduate initiatives aligned to workforce needs, and lead AI research collaborations and

Competenze

• Master's degree in HR, Business, Education, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in global university relations, campus recruitment, talent strategy, or higher education partnerships with proven program management and stakeholder engagement experience.
