Job summary

Continental Global Business Services Manila, Inc. seeks an IT Consultant for Integrity & Law Operations to manage full-cycle IT implementations.

You will drive project delivery, coordinate with partners, and ensure compliance with Continental IT standards while supporting end-to-end integrity and law applications. The role requires 3–5 years in IT application operations or delivery, experience with international projects, and strong cross-cultural collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information & Communication Technology or a related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of professional IT application operations or project delivery experience.
• Experience delivering international projects with volumes > €200,000.
• Proven ability to lead teams or initiatives without direct authority.
• Strong background working with international and cross-cultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver high-quality IT projects on time and budget.
• Coordinate with external partners for application lifecycle and support.
• Lead cross-functional teams across IT and business units to implement strategic solutions.
• Ensure adherence to Continental IT standards, asset management, and security controls.
• Manage stakeholder communications and risk mitigation throughout project lifecycles.
