Continental Global Business Services Manila, Inc. seeks an IT Consultant for Integrity & Law Operations to manage full-cycle IT implementations.
You will drive project delivery, coordinate with partners, and ensure compliance with Continental IT standards while supporting end-to-end integrity and law applications. The role requires 3–5 years in IT application operations or delivery, experience with international projects, and strong cross-cultural collaboration.

GBS Manila is composed of five (5) main work streams, structured to make processes centralized, standardized, and in leveraged technology with the support of IT group, Continental Business Systems & RPA Competence Center.
It provides end-to-end, front-to-back services; from customer service, order management, purchasing, invoice to payment, credit and collection, full finance activities, data management, and HR services including payroll, employee benefits and talent acquisition; all built to meet its customers needs.
Responsible for the development, provision, implementation and support of Integrity and Law Business Applications.
Project Management:
Effective steering and managing complex and strategic Integrity and Law IT projects throughout the entire project lifecycle
Plan, execute, and deliver high-quality project outcomes on time and within budget
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues through proactive management
Develop and execute stakeholder communication plans to ensure transparency and alignment
Lead project teams fostering teamwork
Service Management:
Accountable for the overall service delivery for respective services
Coordinate with external partners to manage application lifecycle and support
Run a sustainable demand management process including budget control
Responsible for the change coordination (and implementation) for respective services
Ensure efficient problem management process for respective services
Ensure that agreed Service Levels Agreements are met for respective services
License management

Cross-functional Collaboration:
Fosters cross-functional collaboration with divisional IT departments and Key User groups to jointly develop and implement strategic solutions.
Lead end-to-end application provisioning and coordinated cross-functional teams for seamless infrastructure integration.
Ensures availability, performance, and compliance of IT business systems supporting Integrity and Law (e.g., CORE, Asterix, Compliance Hotline), while optimizing operational costs.
IT Business Consulting
Provides expert guidance to the business management and Key User teams on IT strategies and solutions to drive competitive advantage.
Ensured full support and alignment across all topics within the area of responsibility
Implements and continuously improve IT best practices, including project management, portfolio management, and service management.
Optimizes internal department processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensures adherence to Continental IT standards, asset management protocols, and security controls.
Identifies and executes cost-effective risk mitigation strategies in IT operations..
Evaluated and selected suppliers, leading contract negotiations in coordination with IT Purchasing and in compliance with Continental sourcing policies.
Actively managed external service providers to ensure high-quality, cost-effective global service delivery
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information & Communication Technology or a related discipline
3 to 5 years of professional experience in the IT application operations or project delivery
Successfully implemented international projects with a volume exceeding €200,000
Experience in leading teams or initiatives without disciplinary authority
Strong background in working with international and cross-cultural teams
Most of the time the job crosses multiple IT organizational levels, BU's within the division, and business functional areas.
It is important that good project management and organizational practices are maintained.
The job requires the need to adapt and come up with quick designs to implement.
Out of the box thinking is required. Ability to communicate with multiple management levels is required.
Experience with external audit teams is a big part of the job,so comfort with dealing with regulatory differences and how to overcome those is needed.
