Job summary

Continental Global Business Services Manila Inc. in Manila is seeking an IT Consultant in the Quality & ESH IT area.

You will drive digital transformation, ensure operational excellence, and deliver impactful IT solutions across quality applications, including Salesforce, while coordinating with internal IT and external providers. The role emphasizes leadership of cross-functional teams, stakeholder communication, and adherence to IT governance and compliance, with flexible working models

Qualifications

• University degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• Several years of project management experience with IT projects and external service providers.
• Extensive IT application operations and project delivery experience.
• Solid ITSM principles and tools knowledge.
• Experience with Quality applications, especially SFDC.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams including business, IT, legal, and external providers.
• Business fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Self-motivated, solution-oriented in a multicultural distributed team.
• Customer service mindset; passion for digital innovation.

Your key responsibilities are:

• Quality Management and Project Management
• Lead and support IT implementation projects (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) within the QualityIT
• Plan, execute, and deliver high-quality project outcomes on time and within budget.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues through proactive management.
• Lead project teams fostering teamwork
• Develop and execute stakeholder communication plans to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Ensure adherence to IT governance, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Be the IT partner of choice for our business customers by taking over technical consulting and ensuringbest fit IT solutions
• Oversee the operation, performance, and compliance of Qualityapplications, ensuring optimal availability and cost-efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to manage application lifecycle and support.
• Build strong relationships with internal IT departments and key user groups to co-create strategic solutions.

Qualifications

• University degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field
• Severalyears of experience in project management, with a focus on managing IT projects and collaborating with external service providers
• Many years in IT application operations andproject delivery
• Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and tools
• Experience with Quality applicationsis a strong advantage, especially in SFDC
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including business, IT, legal, and external service providers, to ensure project success
• Business fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication skills, enabling the management of stakeholder expectations, negotiation with vendors, and conflict resolution across diverse teams
• Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and capable of working in a multicultural, distributed team environment
• Customer service-oriented mindset
