Job summary

Continental Global Business Services Manila Inc. in Manila is seeking an IT Consultant in the Quality & ESH IT area.

You will drive digital transformation, ensure operational excellence, and deliver impactful IT solutions across quality applications, including Salesforce, while coordinating with internal IT and external providers. The role emphasizes leadership of cross-functional teams, stakeholder communication, and adherence to IT governance and compliance, with flexible working models

Qualifications

• University degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• Several years of project management experience with IT projects and external service providers.
• Extensive IT application operations and project delivery experience.
• Solid ITSM principles and tools knowledge.
• Experience with Quality applications, especially SFDC.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams including business, IT, legal, and external providers.
• Business fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Self-motivated, solution-oriented in a multicultural distributed team.
• Customer service mindset; passion for digital innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT implementation projects within the Quality IT area (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Plan, execute, and deliver high-quality project outcomes on time and within budget.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues through proactive management.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to manage applications lifecycle.
• Develop and execute stakeholder communication plans for transparency and alignment.
• Ensure adherence to IT governance, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Be the IT partner of choice for the business by providing technical consulting and fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Oversee operation, performance, and cost-efficiency of Quality applications.
