Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking an IT Consultant Integrity and Law Operations for Taguig, with a hybrid work setup (1 day onsite). Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information & Communication Technology or a related field.
• 2-3 years of IT project implementation experience.
• Proven success in managing international projects with budgets over $200,000
• Experience leading teams or initiatives without formal authority.
• Strong background working with international and cross-cultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complex, strategic IT projects related to Integrity and Law throughout all phases. Plan, execute, and deliver high-quality results on schedule and within budget.
• Responsible for the overall delivery of assigned services. Coordinate with external partners to manage application lifecycle, support, licensing, and serve as the escalation point when necessary.
• Facilitate collaboration across different IT departments and key user groups to develop and implement strategic solutions jointly.
• Manage end-to-end application provisioning and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth infrastructure integration. Ensure the availability, performance, and compliance of critical IT systems supporting Integrity and Law (such as CORE, Asterix, Compliance Hotline), while optimizing operational costs.
• Offer expert advice to business management and key user teams on IT strategies and solutions to enhance competitive advantage.
• Implement and continually improve IT best practices, including project, portfolio, and service management. Ensure compliance with company IT standards, asset management policies, and security protocols.
• Evaluate and select vendors, lead contract negotiations with support from IT Purchasing, and ensure adherence to sourcing policies. Manage external service providers to deliver high-quality, cost-effective global services.
