Job summary

FosunHealth 复星健康 in Manila seeks a global partnerships professional to develop and sign international insurance direct billing agreements. Based in the Philippines, you will drive cross-border business travel, engage with insurers, brokers, and TPAs, and build a scalable direct billing network for overseas patients seeking care in China.

The role requires 1–3 years in international business or cross-border channel development, English fluency, and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business English, International Trade, Marketing, Insurance, Healthcare Management or related majors.

Responsibilities

• Global Insurance Direct Billing Partnership Development & Signing: Carry out targeted business development for insurance markets in Philippines, Southeast Asia, Europe, America and other regions; conduct regular cross-border on-site visits, negotiations and promotion with local insurance providers, brokers, medical assistance institutions and TPAs; ensure compliance with headquarters regulations.
• Global Direct Billing System Construction & Compliance Management: Establish access qualifications, settlement procedures, claim standards and cooperation specifications; implement compliant, efficient global direct billing operations.
• Overseas Partner Relationship Maintenance: Maintain long-term strategic cooperation with global insurance companies, brokers and TPAs; update partners on hospital advantages and direct billing benefits; respond to partner consultations and referrals.
• Channel Empowerment & Overseas Patient Referral Growth: Focus on core markets; empower overseas channels via offline visits, exhibitions and online communication; promote direct billing benefits to partners.
• Data Review & Global Network Optimization: Analyze cooperation data; identify growth opportunities and optimize processes to expand direct billing network coverage.
