Responsibilities

• Global Inspector Dispatch & Coordination: Manage, schedule, and dispatch accredited inspectors for vessel assignments across global locations.
• Job Tracking & Invoicing Support: Maintain and update operational tracking logs to ensure accurate, timely handoffs to the AmSpec invoicing team.
• Inspector Onboarding & Training: Facilitate the onboarding process for new inspectors and coordinate their required training setups.
• Client & Team Communication: Serve as a reliable point of contact for routine client updates and collaborate closely with internal AmSpec onboarding and finance teams.
