Job summary

GLOBAL PACIFIC DISTRIBUTION NETWORK CORP in the Philippines seeks a Dispatch Coordinator to ensure on-time truck and crew availability, facilitate pre-trip inspections, and prepare all delivery documents.

You will monitor deliveries, provide regular status reports to sales and logistics, resolve issues or escalate as necessary, and assist with petty cash liquidation and fleet records as part of the dispatch function.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time truck and crew availability
• Facilitate pre-trip inspection of trucks
• Prepare all delivery paper works/documents
• Facilitate truck queuing during loading activity
• Issue trip cash allowances
• Monitor the deliveries and provide regular status reports to sales and logistics
• Resolve delivery issues and concerns or initiate escalation of issues when necessary.
• Prepare and submit petty cash liquidation
• Act as office supplies custodian
• Act as fleet M&R records custodian
