Job summary

Excis Compliance is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to join the Philippines team in Quezon City. You will manage service requests, coordinate support activities, and ensure timely ticket resolution while maintaining SLA compliance.

The role requires on-site work on a 24/7 shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays when required, with English proficiency and IT fundamentals. Join a global IT support leader with 190+ countries and thousands of engineers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT Support, Service Desk, Technical Support, or Dispatch Coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate understanding of IT Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and service metrics.
• Working knowledge of IT hardware, software applications, networking fundamentals, and ticketing systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work independently.
• Willing to work onsite on a 24/7 shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to, create, monitor, and manage helpdesk tickets through to resolution.
• Prioritize and dispatch requests in accordance with established SLAs and business priorities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date ticket information within the service management system.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely service delivery.
• Support Service Delivery Managers, Project Coordinators, and Team Leads in achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collect and maintain completed Site Visit Reports (Pre- and Post-Service).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
