Job summary

John Clements Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Procurement Manager to drive sourcing initiatives and optimize supplier relationships on a global scale.

You will manage procurement activities, negotiate contracts, and lead sourcing projects with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and legal teams for domestic and international partnerships. The role requires a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of procurement experience, with a track record of cost savings and strong negotiation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, procurement, logistics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management.
• Proven experience negotiating and managing supplier contracts.
• Strong background leading sourcing exercises (RFPs/RFIs/RFQs).
• Demonstrated success delivering cost savings and process improvements.
• Experience managing domestic and international supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors, retailers, and service providers.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and external partners.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives, including RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
• Conduct business reviews and supplier performance evaluations to drive improvement.
• Identify, negotiate, and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality and service standards.
• Analyze supplier portfolios and procurement performance to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with international partners and stakeholders to support global objectives.
• Work with cross-functional teams to address procurement, operational, and supply chain challenges.
