Job summary

John Clements Recruitment, Inc. is seeking an Import Coordinator in Makati to manage end-to-end import operations for products ordered by the Purchasing Team. The role coordinates with overseas suppliers, brokers, and logistics providers to ensure on-time delivery to the warehouse.

Responsibilities include reviewing import documents (B/L, Packing List, Invoice), coordinating with customs brokers, and managing delivery schedules to align with customer deadlines. On-site work, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in Import, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Understanding of import processes and products handled.
• Experience handling import documents (B/L, Packing List, Invoice).
• Experience coordinating with Customs Brokers is a plus.
• Experience coordinating delivery schedules with overseas suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee import operations from order to warehouse arrival.
• Coordinate with overseas suppliers, Purchasing Team, brokers, and logistics providers.
• Review and verify Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, and Invoices.
• Coordinate customs clearance and delivery schedules.
• Monitor shipments and minimize delays through proactive follow-up.
