Tomodachi Global Resources Inc. is seeking a purchasing professional to manage PO creation for imported items and collaborate with QA and suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment.

This role requires a bachelor's degree and strong multitasking abilities to handle multiple purchasing tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate with various departments and monitor shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Purchasing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of purchasing process.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Create Purchase Orders (PO) for imported items and send them to suppliers.
• Coordinate with related departments regarding purchasing requirements.
• Prepare GRN for air shipments and monitor CR/PO.
• Follow up on order status with suppliers.
• Coordinate form requests, CPAR, and quality concerns between QA and suppliers.
• Perform other purchasing-related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
