The PURCHASING STAFF oversees the entire strategic sourcing process, from start to finish, including purchasing, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement. Their role involves acquiring supplies and services of high quality and cost-effectiveness for the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any relevant field.
• With at least 6 months to 1 year of working experience in Purchasing/ Procurement is required for this position, coming from Manufacturing industry is a plus
• Experience in importing/sourcing from international suppliers is a plus
• Good oral and written communication and persuasive skills, with a good sense for appropriate communication across all levels of an organization
• Ability to think and operate strategically and manage multiple projects and contracts simultaneously
• Ability to prepare reports and cost analysis
