Emapta, a global services firm, is hiring a Shipping Officer (Import / Export) to coordinate international shipments for an Australian client. You will manage documentation, liaise with suppliers, customs, and forwarders, and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining ERP records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 3+ years in import/export, shipping, or logistics operations.
• Experience coordinating with international suppliers, customs agents, and freight forwarders.
• Knowledge of import/export documentation and customs requirements.
• Proficiency in ERP and MS Office, with data entry skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Process and accurately enter import and export documents into the company's ERP system.
• Coordinate with international suppliers to ensure all required shipping documents are complete and available before shipment arrival.
• Liaise with customs agents, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams to facilitate efficient shipment processing.
• Monitor and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and resolve documentation discrepancies.
• Support daily logistics operations and ensure compliance with established deadlines.
