Job summary

Elite Translations in Metro Manila seeks a Business Immigration Manager to oversee visa applications, work permits, and regulatory compliance. You will manage client cases, prepare documentation, liaise with government agencies, and monitor timelines to ensure smooth processing.

You will advise clients on immigration options, maintain records, and collaborate with Legal, HR, and Operations to deliver high-quality service while aligning with policy requirements. A hybrid work setup is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience managing business immigration processes including visas and permits.
• Strong case management, documentation, and organizational skills with attention to detail and timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; explain complex immigration requirements clearly.
• Strong client service orientation with problem-solving abilities in a hybrid environment.
• Familiarity with Philippine immigration processes; cross-border or regional exposure is a plus.
• Proficiency with standard office and case management software and digital records.

Responsibilities
