Job summary

Prime Manpower Resources Development Inc. is seeking a Global Mobility & Immigration Specialist to manage end-to-end immigration cases for employees and new hires in the Philippines.

You will guide visa and work permit processes, ensure accuracy of data across Workday and mobility platforms, and collaborate with vendors. This role requires 3 years in global mobility or international HR operations, strong knowledge of immigration rules, proficiency in Excel and HRIS, and willingness to work 2

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in global mobility, immigration, or international HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of global immigration regulations, visa processes, and mobility practices.
• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday, and mobility/immigration platforms.
• Strong Excel, analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex immigration matters clearly.
