Job summary

Multiplier is seeking a Senior Global Mobility Specialist to be the Philippines SME on immigration. You will bring hands-on, in-house experience of how immigration works in your market and use it to run and improve our global mobility processes.

You will manage immigration and visa cases end to end, coordinating with third-party providers where needed. Youll handle detailed case reviews and escalations, ensuring KPIs and high CSAT while supporting policy design and the Sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in global mobility and immigration with in-depth relocation knowledge.
• In-house case management experience in the Philippines or SME-level immigration knowledge.
• Strong ability to review cases, manage complex immigration processes, and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the SME for the Philippines, advising customers and internal teams on requirements, timelines, and risks.
• Oversee immigration and visa cases from start to finish, including work authorization and renewals.
• Coordinate with external partners and government bodies and manage partner performance.
• Conduct regular case reviews to maintain accuracy and comply with standards.
• Manage escalations and complex cases, identify root causes, and implement fixes.
• Drive CSAT improvements through clear communication and fast turnaround.
• Stay up to date on immigration law changes and share impact with teams.
• Support expansion and global mobility teams on ad hoc projects and pipeline deals.
• Train and mentor new team members with market expertise.

About the job

The Senior Global Mobility Specialist will be our local subject‑matter expert (SME) in the Philippines. You'll bring hands‑on, in‑house experience of how immigration works in your market and use it to run and improve our global mobility processes.

You'll manage immigration and visa cases end to end coordinating with third‑party providers where needed. You'll carry out detailed case reviews, handle complex cases and escalations, and make sure we meet our key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver high customer satisfaction (CSAT). You'll also support senior management in designing and scaling our global mobility policies as well as support our Sales team with pipeline deals.

Skills and qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in global mobility and immigration, with a deep understanding of the complexities of international relocation




• In-house case management experience in the Philippines, or proven SME‑level knowledge of immigration in either market




• Strong ability to conduct detailed case reviews and manage complex immigration cases accurately and compliantly




• Proven experience handling escalations, solving complex problems, and improving CSAT




• Experience working with and managing external partners




• A strong focus on KPIs, service levels, and continuous improvement




• Project management skills to coordinate projects and pipeline deals through to successful outcomes




• Excellent verbal and written English, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders




• Exceptional stakeholder management, cross‑cultural awareness, and discretion with confidential employee data




• Comfortable communicating and collaborating across global time zones

• Drive CSAT improvements through clear communication, faster turnaround, and a consistently high‑quality experience

• Support the expansion team and wider global mobility team on ad hoc projects and pipeline deals
