Xerox Philippines seeks a Digital Commerce Manager to lead the Cebu-based team delivering global commerce projects and customer experience initiatives. You will partner with global leadership to drive performance, efficiency, and delivery excellence in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing teams or business operations.
• Experience in back-office operations and operational delivery.
• Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage performance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 to improve processes.
• Familiarity with Power Platform, Power Automate, Power BI, D365, or generative AI tools is preferred.
• BPO/shared services or global account operations experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with North American hours.
