Job summary

Xerox is seeking an eCommerce CX Analyst in Cebu to design and manage customer feedback programs, analyze survey data, and translate insights into actions across the online shopper journey.

The role collaborates with global stakeholders, creates dashboards in Power BI, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to enhance digital commerce experiences. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in CX analytics and strong data storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Customer Experience Analytics, Data Analytics, Market Research, BI, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Experience with customer feedback and survey platforms such as Medallia, Qualtrics, InMoment, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power BI and Power Automate.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience creating dashboards, reports, and executive-level presentations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, administer, and manage customer feedback surveys across key touchpoints.
• Analyze survey responses and CX metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop reports, dashboards, scorecards, and presentations for leadership.
• Support closed-loop feedback by routing concerns to relevant teams for resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve feedback collection and processing processes.
• Monitor CX trends across the digital purchasing journey and identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
• Create visuals and dashboards using Power BI and other tools.
• Support data-driven CX initiatives with insights and analysis.
