Zusammenfassung

Xerox Philippines is seeking an eCommerce Merchandising Specialist to manage product catalogs, content, and digital assets, ensuring on-brand, accurate information across eCommerce channels.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and eCommerce Operations to optimize product visibility, implement SEO strategies, and support launches in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in eCommerce Merchandising, Product Content Management, Catalog Management, or Digital Commerce Operations.
• Experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), PIM systems, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce merchandising principles and product lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of SEO, web accessibility (WCAG), and user experience standards.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to manage multiple priorities.

Aufgaben

• Create, maintain, and optimize product catalogs, categories, bundles, and attributes across eCommerce platforms.
• Ensure product descriptions, specs, pricing, images, and promo content are accurate and on-brand.
• Manage digital assets including images, videos, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and execute updates.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Optimize content using SEO, accessibility, and UX best practices.
• Support promotions, product launches, and merchandising updates across channels.
• Conduct QA reviews to ensure content accuracy and customer experience.
• Maintain merchandising documentation, templates, and workflows.
