Job summary

TrustBridge Global Foundation in the Philippines seeks a program leader to own the readiness and activation of its Standing Global Humanitarian Response Fund, guiding launch, ongoing management, and continuous improvement across crisis-response giving opportunities.

You will coordinate strategy, partner networks, allocations, and donor stewardship while ensuring governance, reporting, and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in humanitarian studies, international development, disaster management, nonprofit management, philanthropy, business, or communications.
• Minimum five (5) years of relevant humanitarian response experience, including emergency fundraising or crisis grantmaking.
• Direct experience with humanitarian‑response charities or crisis‑response organizations is required.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational readiness of the Standing Global Humanitarian Response Fund and related crisis-response giving opportunities, and lead their activation, launch, ongoing management, and continuous improvement.
• Apply humanitarian-response expertise to monitor crises, assess activations, provide recommendations, develop allocation recommendations, and lead grant‑opportunity sourcing and review.
• Maintain fundraising initiatives, donor stewardship, and governance across TrustBridge and partner channels to ensure campaign readiness and donor engagement with measurable results.
• Own the program’s day‑to‑day performance management, including activation speed, campaign performance, and post‑response improvement.
