Job summary

Oxfam Pilipinas seeks a strategic leader to guide the portfolio of high-impact programs, strengthen partnerships, and drive sustainable growth. The role sits on the Senior Management Team and focuses on transforming partnerships, resource mobilization, and policy influence at national and regional levels.

You will lead program design and management across gender, climate justice, and humanitarian initiatives, ensuring quality, accountability, and learning across OPH and partners.

Qualifications

• Degree in social sciences, economics or political science.
• At least 10 years in humanitarian/development sector at senior level.
• Experience in program design, management, resource mobilization.
• Proven donor relations, proposal oversight, consortium-building.
• Experience leading multi-country or regional programs and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead OPH portfolio development and high-quality program implementation.
• Strengthen partnerships and relations with organizations, government, and donors.
• Provide strategic leadership for resource mobilization, policy influence, and growth.
