Job summary

TrustBridge Global Foundation seeks a results-driven Project Manager to lead high-priority initiatives in collaboration with the Office of the CEO. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets, and risks, and ensure delivery with measurable impact.

You will drive agile, value-focused execution, foster transparency with stakeholders, and champion change management to sustain benefits across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years’ project management experience delivering strategic initiatives.
• Experience in nonprofit/philanthropy is a plus.
• PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of assigned projects.
• Define scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and success metrics.
• Coordinate across leadership, cross-functional teams, and partners.
• Provide clear updates to CEO/Office of the CEO and stakeholders.
• Apply agile or iterative approaches to deliver value incrementally.
• Identify risks, implement mitigations, and maintain contingency plans.
• Drive change management and adoption across operations.
• Track KPIs and report outcomes, impact, and lessons learned.
• Ensure projects align with TrustBridge Global Foundation’s mission.
