Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Senior HR Supervisor to lead the day-to-day HR Shared Services operations for the US/OUS region from Manila. You will drive operational excellence, monitor KPIs, and guide teams through escalations while coordinating with HR Partners, COEs, Payroll, and HRIS on global initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
At least 3 years of leadership experience within HR Operations/Shared Services.
Strong experience supporting regional HR Operations (preferably US) in a shared services environment.
Experience with Workday HCM and HR case management platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day HR Shared Services operations (US/OUS Region).
Ensure SLAs, quality standards, and operational KPIs are met.
Monitor workload distribution and service performance across workstreams.
Provide leadership during escalations and complex employee issues.
Drive continuous improvement and operational readiness across HR workstreams.
