Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Senior HR Supervisor to lead day-to-day HR Shared Services operations, ensuring high-quality employee experiences across the US/OUS region. This role provides operational leadership, drives continuous improvement, and partners with HR Leaders, COEs, Payroll, HRIS, and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in HR, with at least 3 years in HR Operations leadership, experience supporting regional HR operations (US), and a proven ability to lead global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 in HR Operations/Shared Services.
• Experience supporting regional (US) HR Operations in a shared services setup.
• Track record leading global or regional HR Operations teams and implementing KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR Shared Services operations (US/OUS region) with SLA and KPI delivery.
• Coach and develop HR Ops team members; conduct performance reviews and planning.
• Partner with COEs, Payroll, HRIS, and HR Business Partners for process improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement, change management, and operational excellence.
