MaryRuth’s International HR & Payroll Specialist role manages global payroll, benefits, and compliance for Philippines, US, and Mexico. Requires CPP or eligible within six months, strong Excel and HRIS skills, and experience with multi-country payroll.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation or ability to obtain within six months (company-funded).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing, benefits administration, and statutory compliance in Philippines and US.
• Experience with EOR or external partners preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP; macros ideal).
• Expertise in payroll systems (HRIS) and manual payroll processes.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with employees, government agencies, and external providers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll for global employees, primarily Philippines, US, and Mexico, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure tax deductions, statutory benefits, and compensation are processed per regulations.
• Triage PX service tickets and respond to payroll queries with timely resolutions.
• Process final pay and coordinate with EOR for separating employees.
• Collaborate with departments and vendors for clearance processes.
• Support annual compensation market pricing reviews.
• Validate and audit statutory benefits and leave accruals; coordinate payroll during leaves.
• Support compensation cycles, bonuses, and statutory programs.
