Job summary

Rippling is seeking an HR Associate - Partner EOR to provide HR generalist and operational support for clients using Rippling Employer of Record services. You will manage onboarding, payroll data, employee changes, and terminations while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

This role requires meticulous data handling, cross-system transfers, and strong communication across regions, supported by collaboration with Regional Managers and Partner Managers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR support, operations, or related experience.
• Strong HR process knowledge: onboarding, payroll, changes, terminations.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and data management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding for new hires with intake forms and employment agreements.
• Coordinate documentation and secure data transfers between systems.
• Ensure accurate transfer of employee data across internal and external platforms.
• Assist payroll by preparing data templates and expenses.
• Handle ongoing employee changes: salary adjustments and role updates.
• Support termination processes with information collection and timely actions.
• Ticketing & client support: first-line HR inquiries and KPI-driven responses.
