Job summary

V2X Inc. is seeking a Heavy Equipment Mechanic to diagnose and repair military and civilian wheeled equipment in a Philippine shop environment.

The role involves servicing 7-Ton and 5-Ton trucks, back-loaders, tractors, trailers, pumps and generators, and performing preventative maintenance and repairs across engines, hydraulics, electrical and fuel systems. The ideal candidate has roughly three years of experience in automotive or general equipment maintenance, familiarity with mechanical

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Able to attain CAC Card.
• Approximately three years’ experience in heavy equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and operate various wheeled and non-wheeled equipment/vehicles to determine serviceability.
• Perform preventive maintenance and diagnostics; replace major assemblies when needed.
• Document maintenance actions in GCSS-A and ensure safety practices at all times.
• Work in shop or outdoors with exposure to extreme conditions and extended hours when mission requires.
