Job summary

Lightnet Group in Makati, Philippines, seeks a Sales Director or Senior Sales Manager to lead cross-border payments growth. You will build a robust partner network, close deals with banks, PSPs, MTOs and remittance partners, and drive FX revenue alongside compliance teams.

Qualifications

• Must have proven success leading enterprise sales in fintech or payments.
• Experience building partner ecosystems with banks and PSPs.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
