Michael Page is seeking a senior commercial leader in the Philippines to design and execute go-to-market and Route-to-Market strategies across Modern Trade and General Trade. You will lead distributor management, territory planning, and strategic partnerships with key accounts.

You will coach high-performing sales teams, analyze market data, and collaborate with marketing, supply chain and finance to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership in a senior commercial/sales role within a matrixed org.
• Proven RTM strategy design and execution across diverse markets.
• Experience in distributor management, network optimization and channel expansion.
• Analytical, strategic thinking with strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a go-to-market and Route-to-Market strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead growth across Modern Trade and General Trade channels for market penetration.
• Drive distributor onboarding, performance tracking and capability development.
• Establish territory coverage plans and service frequency models.
• Build partnerships with key accounts through joint business planning and negotiations.
• Implement in-market execution standards and customer engagement programs.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, finance and demand planning for seamless execution.
• Lead, coach and develop sales teams to drive accountability and results.
• Identify opportunities for digital tools to improve productivity and visibility.
