Job summary

World Vision Philippines is seeking a Finance Specialist to support grant-funded and program activities with accurate budget data and governance. You will oversee funds-to-field commitments and assist with budget changes across channels.

The role requires a degree in accounting/finance, 2-3 years finance experience, offshore collaboration, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of MS Dynamics and Power BI to ensure data integrity and compliant reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
2–3 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in an international NGO.
Minimum 6 months experience supporting offshore teams.
Ability to work with people at multiple levels and functions.
Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.
Knowledge of data management and data sourcing from multiple systems.

Responsibilities

Manage grant-funded and private project budgets and field funding data in the financial system.
Oversee compliance and data accuracy for budget processes, uploads, tranche commitments, and adjustments.
Configure budgets, income schedules, and funds-to-field requests in collaboration with programs teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure sound financial stewardship and informed decisions.
