Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced senior sales leader to drive expansion of golf segments across resort properties. You will build and execute global sales plans, collaborate with B2B teams, ambassadors, and stakeholders to grow revenue, occupancy, and market share in luxury golf hospitality markets.

This role requires a track record of managing global sales teams, strong commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of luxury and VIP customer profiles.

Qualifications

• Has a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• More than five (5) years of experience in Sales, preferably in a golf resort environment.
• Proven track record on sales and client relationship management; Experience in managing global sales teams and partnerships.
• Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth and customer acquisition in B2B and B2C environment in both golf and hospitality industries.
• Strong understanding of commercial acumen, golf market dynamics, trends, and customer profiles (including luxury and VVIP Segments).
• Proficiency in sales forecasting, budgeting and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead the expansion of all golf segments across all source materials, driving sales, occupancy, and financial performance for Hann Reserve golf courses and resorts.
• Responsible for generating revenue by creating and executing comprehensive sales plans; Work closely with B2B sales team to develop targeted plans and increase golf market share.
• Encompasses global responsibilities and actively collaborates with sales teams, ambassadors and local stakeholders.
