• 10+ years of experience leading operational fulfillment, onboarding, access provisioning, or service delivery in high-volume settings.
• Ability to manage multi-site teams and senior leaders with measurable accountability.
• Experience using operational metrics to diagnose performance and drive improvements.
• Experience designing SOPs and control-focused process changes.
• Ability to identify operational risks and apply mitigations within policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day fulfillment operations across products and platforms to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Develop leaders and multi-location teams to ensure standard work and discipline.
• Monitor cycle times, quality, productivity, and client experience; identify trends and drive improvements.
• Reduce rework and manual effort by simplifying workflows and eliminating root causes.
• Drive automation opportunities in partnership with technology and transformation teams.
