Job summary

JPMorganChase in Manila seeks a Global administrative enablement hub lead to manage day-to-day service delivery, establish standard ways of working, and drive continuous improvement across time zones.

You will partner with global stakeholders to evolve service scope, build scalable enablement solutions, and strengthen stakeholder experience, quality, and controls while growing a Manila-based enablement team.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in leading service-delivery operations in complex environments.
• Proven people leadership including coaching and performance management.
• Ability to standardize ways of working and drive adoption through governance and tooling.
• Strong escalation management with root-cause analysis.
• Experience embedding quality and controls into delivery.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders.
• Experience using performance data to drive improvements.
• Ability to lead through change while aligning to global standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for the Manila hub, including coverage planning and staffing priorities.
• Deliver a consistent, predictable experience for stakeholders across time zones.
• Own escalations end-to-end and implement corrective actions.
• Drive adoption of standard workflows, intake, triage, and hand-offs.
• Establish operating rhythms and translate insights into improvements.
• Embed people practices: onboarding, training, coaching, and performance expectations.
• Build a Manila-based enablement capability that scales with scope.
• Collaborate with process, product, and tooling teams to improve workflows.
• Define, track, and use performance and quality metrics to drive results.
• Identify risks and ensure remediation is completed and sustained.
• Represent the Manila hub in governance forums on scope and standards.
