Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Lead within Global Onboarding & Services to steer client onboarding, access provisioning, product setup and ongoing maintenance across digital platforms. Qualifications

• 10+ years leading operational fulfillment or onboarding in high-volume environments.
• At least 5 years managing people leaders and multi-site teams with measurable performance.
• Ability to balance service, risk, quality, and productivity priorities.
• Experience using operational metrics to diagnose issues and drive improvements (cycle time, quality).
• Experience designing SOPs and control-focused process changes.
• Ability to identify operational risks and implement mitigations within policies.
• Strong stakeholder management with product and tech teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day fulfillment ops across multiple products and platforms to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Develop people leaders and multi-location teams with standard work and operating discipline.
• Monitor cycle times, quality, productivity, and client experience; drive corrective actions.
• Streamline workflows to reduce rejects and manual effort.
• Implement controls-focused process improvements to strengthen execution and client experience.
• Ensure SLAs and operating standards are consistently achieved.
• Identify and deliver automation and workflow opportunities with tech and transformation teams.
• Support adoption of workflow tools, automation and AI-assisted capabilities.
• Maintain a strong control environment per policies; escalate issues as needed.
• Support audits with documentation and remediation plans.
