Job summary

Uniqlo is seeking a Senior Logistics Manager to lead 3PL collaborations, ensuring compliant transportation and efficient warehouse operations aligned with company goals. You will manage receiving, storage and shipping, forecast volumes, and monitor KPIs while maintaining product quality and cost controls.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and negotiation skills to resolve issues quickly, especially during peak seasons and busy sale periods.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of practical experience in logistics is desirable.
• Experience in warehousing, forwarding and importing capabilities is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse 3PL operations, set targets, and achieve KPIs.
• Create volume forecasts and manage locations and operations.

• Oversee busy periods and work weekends/holidays when needed.

Job description

The Senior Logistics Manager will closely collaborate with 3PL to ensure transportation meets FR requirements, demonstrate strong leadership, and resolve any issues that arise. They will establish the necessary services for FR and build warehouse operations and management that support the company's goals.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Experience in warehouse 3PL management (Experience in importing would be an advantage.), with expertise in warehouse receiving, storage, and shipping operations. Able to set accurate targets, establish a roadmap for improvement, achieve KPIs, and resolve issues.
• Create volume forecasts, input business information into 3PL, manage locations according to business needs, and instruct preparations for operations such as receiving, shipping, and storage.
• Use an inventory management system to manage inventory so that there is no loss or discrepancy.
• Understands the relationships between import, warehousing, and store delivery, and can execute smooth operations in collaboration with warehouse 3PLs and team.
• In order to maintain product quality, we will check warehouse storage conditions and incoming and outgoing operations, and request improvements as problems are discovered.
• During the busy periods of November and December, as well as twice-yearly sales peaks such as Thanksgiving, you are able to work on weekends and public holidays in order to provide accurate judgements and instructions to 3PL.
• Can create warehousing budgets, manage actual vs. budgeted figures, and execute payment operations.
• Identify the challenges and act speedy with reporting manner. Continue this working style until issue solve. Possesses strong communication skills for building relationships with 3PL and resolving issues, as well as strong negotiation skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 5 years of practical experience in logistics company is desirable. Not only warehousing , forwarding and importing capabilities would be advantage.
