Emapta Philippines is seeking a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to turn budgets, forecasts, and commercial data into sharper decisions for a global digital property and advertising business. The role is hybrid at SM Mega Tower, Ortigas, with day shifts and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, commercial finance, financial accounting, or related finance role.
• Recent CA or CPA qualification.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and processes.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with financial planning tools, such as Adaptive Planning, strongly preferred.
• Strong initiative and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities and deliverables.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with a strong sense of accountability.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and agile environment.
• Ability to respond promptly to team requests and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Strong curiosity and commitment to continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial finance timetable by prepare instructions and templates that consolidate information from Commercial Finance, including CFO Pack inputs, Group Forecast and Budget model inputs, metrics templates, annual timelines, and forecast and budget instructions.
• Maintain the FP&A planning cycle by update Group consolidation workbooks before month-end and reconcile business unit forecast submissions with system records.
• Maintain and analyze Group headcount, including forecasts and budgets, and prepare the monthly Group Workforce Report with oversight from the FP&A Manager.
• Maintain and analyze annual leave and bonus leave trackers and forecasts.
• Support the development of Group-level assumptions and drivers for budgets and forecasts.
• Support finance business partnering for People & Culture, Legal, Finance and Business Services (FaBS), and CEO business units, including month-end accruals, financial analysis, and project tracker approvals, with oversight from FP&A Managers.
• Support the consolidation of weekly revenue analysis.
• Collaborate with teams across Finance and Business Services (FaBS), including Commercial Finance, Financial Accounting, and Group Reporting.
• Ensure compliance with relevant Group SOX requirements.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
