Qualfon Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team on a full-time, remote basis from Metro Manila. You will support financial planning, analysis, and reporting, delivering insights to drive informed decision-making across our call centre operations.

The role requires 2–4 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for stakeholders. A collaborative, detail‑oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis, and spreadsheet applications (Microsoft Excel).
• Experience with FP&A or budget management.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to interpret complex financial data and present findings clearly to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to support operational and strategic planning.
• Analyse financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimisation.
• Support the development and monitoring of departmental budgets across call centre and customer service operations.
• Create financial models and scenarios to evaluate business initiatives and their potential impact.
• Collaborate with department managers and stakeholders to gather financial requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Monitor and track KPIs relating to revenue, expenses, and operational efficiency.
• Prepare presentations and executive summaries for senior management and business partners.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as required.
