Job summary

Northern Trust in Manila seeks a Financial Analyst to support various levels of reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis. You will coordinate with partners in Manila and Chicago to ensure financial goals are met and contribute to ad hoc projects.

The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with financial systems such as PeopleSoft and TM1/Cognos. Working hours are 5AM to 2PM, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate financial results.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to present information to senior management.
• Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or related finance roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly/quarterly reports, forecasts, and variance analyses for management.
• Support annual planning and budgeting processes with timely, accurate data.
• Process invoices, cost charges, and assist in month-end close activities.
