Qualifications

• Must have strong analytical skills to evaluate financial results.
• Experience in Financial and Accounting processes is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a geographically-blended environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly/quarterly reporting processes including forecasting and variance analysis.
• Assist in annual planning and budgeting processes.
• Develop strong relationships with partners in different locations.
• Identify process improvements to enhance productivity.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with Office 365 applications

Knowledge of PeopleSoft, HFM, TM1/Cognos

Experience with Power BI reporting

Education

3-6 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning and Analysis
