Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years (Analyst) or 4+ years (Senior Analyst) in FP&A, budgeting/forecasting, or management reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with financial systems (TM1/Cognos, Hyperion, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, Anaplan) is preferred; BI tools like Power BI/Tableau are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly and quarterly forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting processes.
• Analyze financial results and explain key P&L variances, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for business stakeholders.
• Support annual planning and budgeting activities.
• Assist with month-end close processes, including accruals, reclassifications, and financial adjustments.
• Partner with finance and business teams across global locations to deliver financial insights and recommendations.
• Drive process improvements and reporting automation initiatives.
• Participate in ad hoc financial analysis and strategic projects.
