Job summary

Northern Trust Manila seeks a Financial Analyst to support the business unit with periodic reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, and month-end close activities. You will work closely with partners in Manila and Chicago to ensure financial goals are met and reporting is accurate.

Qualifications

• CPA is a plus but not required.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or related areas.
• Industry knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly/quarterly reporting including forecasting and P&L variance analysis.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management highlighting key drivers.
• Assist in annual planning, budgeting, and cost tracking.
• Support month-end close with reclassifications and adjustments.
• Build strong relationships with Manila and Chicago partners.
• Identify process improvements for productivity and metrics.
