Job summary

Northern Trust in Manila is seeking a senior finance professional to support complex financial analysis, forecast planning, and reporting for ECOO units. You will collaborate with onshore staff and North America partners to drive accurate financial insights and timely deliverables.

The role covers monthly/quarterly reporting, budgeting, cost accounting, and month-end close, with emphasis on accuracy and actionable insights.

Qualifications

CPA is a plus but not required; 10+ years of experience in general and cost accounting, FP&A, and related finance areas.
Experience in financial reporting, procurement, project management and analysis.
Strong presentation and communication skills for management.
Knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Support monthly/quarterly reporting including forecasting and P&L variance analysis.
Assist in annual planning and budgeting with timely inputs and sound recommendations.
Assist in invoice submission, cost chargebacks, and month-end close activities.
Collaborate with North America partners for knowledge transfer and collaboration.
Own and improve expense reporting views and develop finance metrics for stakeholders.
