Job summary

Northern Trust in Manila is seeking a Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting across the business unit. You will partner with teams in Manila and Chicago to ensure financial goals are met and processes run smoothly.

The role requires 3–6 years in FP&A or related finance areas, CPA a plus, and strong Excel, Power BI, and BI tools proficiency. A hybrid, collaborative culture and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate financial results.
Effective written and verbal communication skills to present information to Senior Management and stakeholders.
Relevant experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, Treasury, or related accounting/finance areas preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting including forecasting and P&L variance analysis.
Support annual planning and budgeting processes with timely, accurate inputs and recommendations.
Assist in invoice submission, cost chargebacks, and month-end close activities including reclassifications and adjustments.
Build strong working relationships with Manila teammates and other locations.
Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and develop key financial metrics for decision-making.
Participate in special projects and ad hoc requirements.
