Job summary

Northern Trust in the Manila office seeks a senior finance professional to handle complex financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting for ECOO. You will work with North America-based partners and local teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of plans and adjacencies.

Responsibilities include monthly close, cost accounting, invoicing, and ad hoc projects, with a focus on improving efficiency and reporting quality across locations.

Qualifications

• CPA is a plus but not required.
• 10+ years of collective experience in general and cost accounting, financial planning and analysis, management reporting, procurement, project management and analysis.
• Knowledge of the Financial Services Industry is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, PeopleSoft, HFM, TM1/Cognos, SAP, Clarity PPM; Power BI a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle monthly/quarterly reporting, forecasts, and plan variances for ECOO.
• Support annual planning and budgeting with timely, accurate data.
• Process invoices, cost chargebacks, and month-end close activities.
• Collaborate with North America partners on knowledge transfer.
• Own expense reporting views and coordinate with Manila and other locations.
• Identify process improvements to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Contribute to special projects and enterprise reporting requirements.
