Job summary

ING in the Philippines seeks an Operations Associate First Line Support to join the Tribe Procurement & Cost Management within COO Finance. You will be the entry point for support requests, resolving issues, and supporting stakeholders across locations.

Working in an international environment, you'll collaborate with colleagues in the Philippines, India, Amsterdam, and other ING locations, contributing to operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Completed education with relevant knowledge and skills.
• Experience in customer service, operations support, helpdesk support, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with international stakeholders.
• A customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and remain organized when managing multiple priorities.
• Basic knowledge of IT systems, applications, and software tools.
• A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage incoming support requests through phone, email, and chat channels.
• Investigate and resolve first-line operational and technical issues.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of support activities.
