Job summary

ING in Manila is seeking an Operations Associate First Line Support to join the Tribe Procurement & Cost Management within COO Finance. You will be the first point of contact for support requests and help resolve issues to keep operations running smoothly in an international setting.

You will collaborate with colleagues across ING locations, contribute to process improvements, and help maintain documentation while delivering excellent stakeholder support in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Role Summary

As an Operations Associate First Line Support, you will join the Management Accounting domain and act as the first point of contact for support requests. You'll help resolve issues efficiently, provide excellent stakeholder support, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and processes.

Working in an international environment, you'll collaborate with colleagues across multiple locations and play an important role in ensuring operational excellence across the organization.

About the Team

You will be part of an international, multidisciplinary squad within the Procurement & Cost Management Tribe. Our teams consist of business professionals and technology specialists working together in an agile environment to deliver solutions for stakeholders across ING.

The squad works closely with colleagues based in the Philippines, India, Amsterdam, and other ING locations worldwide. We value collaboration, ownership, customer focus, and a continuous improvement mindset.

What You'll Be Doing
