Job summary

ING Hubs B.V. Philippine Branch seeks an Operations Associate, First Line Support in the Procurement & Cost Management Tribe of COO Finance. You will be the first point of contact for support requests, resolve routine issues, and document actions to ensure consistency and traceability.

In an international, agile environment you will collaborate with stakeholders across the Philippines, India and Europe, contributing to service improvements and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or operations support is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills for international stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized with multiple priorities.
• Basic knowledge of IT systems and software tools.

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage incoming support requests via phone, email, and chat.
• Investigate and resolve first-line operational and technical issues.
• Escalate complex cases to appropriate teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of support activities.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple countries.
• Identify opportunities to improve support processes and customer experience.
• Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative agile team.
