Job summary

ZigZag is seeking a Product Manager to lead product development and strategy across markets. You will partner with Heads of Product and Senior Managers to shape the roadmap, and drive delivery in a customer-first fintech context, coordinating across multiple time zones to ensure timely market impact.

The role emphasizes delivering value quickly, while growing involvement in discovery, with a focus on financial services products and scalable solutions for customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product roles within financial services.
• Experience building products at scale from idea to market.
• Strong technical background with systems knowledge.
• Experience with scrum and agile delivery.
• Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative customer research.
• Experience measuring and maturing product performance with metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Degree-level education in analytical or design discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support senior product leaders in discovery, scoping opportunities and developing business cases.
• Assist in quarterly and annual roadmap planning, balancing business, ops and technical debt.
• Lead delivery planning and backlogs to bring opportunities to market on time and budget.
• Act as product owner in scrum, guiding development of technical products and prioritised backlogs.
• Develop project plans, track tasks and manage risks to successful delivery.
• Maintain knowledge-management practices with tools like Jira, Confluence and Miro.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders, highlighting milestones, risks and issues.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing and operations to support successful go-to-market.
• Measure product success using key metrics and data-driven insights.
• Stay updated on fintech trends and emerging technologies.
